Technical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Director to provide strategic technical leadership and oversee engineering and solution development across federal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level technical oversight across IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and technology solutions
• Lead the technical solutioning process for capture and proposal development, ensuring compliant and innovative solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to program teams, ensuring delivery with technical excellence and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in IT, engineering, or solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in solutioning and program delivery for federal government contracts
• Experience leading proposals and solution design for competitive procurements
