IT Support Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst III to provide remote IT support for radiology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support to end users, ensuring high availability and reliability of clinical IT systems
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, maintaining accurate records and ensuring clear communication with users

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology and radiology required
• Experience working with hardware and networks
• Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, and Voice Recognition systems
• Experience with voice dictation systems, like PowerScribe or Fluency
