About the position
Responsibilities
• Proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Participate in the deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
• Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.
Requirements
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications, and integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (including best practices, guidelines, processes, and tooling).
• Proficient in using tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles, applying automated CI/CD practices.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and another off-premise cloud service, such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Citizen Developer Application Creator is recommended.
• Micro-certification in Integration Hub is recommended.
• Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Certification is recommended.
