Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst - Order Processing Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and support of D365 modules related to Sales Entry, Order Maintenance, and Retail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements for sales order accuracy and efficiency
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365-related issues in sales orders and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with a focus on Order Processing and Sales Operations
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in sales order management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving efficiency and process improvements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
