Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department, off hours or shifts may be required. Applicants hired into this position will have a hybrid in-office on site work location and remote work location (this is not a fully remote position). Details will be discussed during the interview process.

Assess, plan, train, and implement nursing informatics projects at the #1 hospital in Wisconsin.

We are seeking an Associate – Nursing Informatics Specialist/Nursing Informatics Specialist:
• Support clients and departments (as assigned) as well as varied technologies that promote optimal patient care.
• Bring your strong interpersonal communication skills, collaborative spirit, project management experience, and understanding of principles of quality/safety improvement to our team.

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Master’s degree in Nursing or relevant field

Work Experience:

Minimum – Three (3) years of clinical and/or informatics-related experience

Preferred – Five (5) years progressive clinical experience and/or informatics-related experience

Project management experience

Experience leading a project resulting in a positive change management

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – RN Licensure in the State of Wisconsin
