Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support a US Coast Guard program.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness
• Design and develop queries, reports, dashboards, and ServiceNow modules
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience
• At least 6+ years as a ServiceNow developer
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System and related technologies
• Certified System Administrator and understanding of ITIL
