Virtualization Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtualization Engineer to manage and support their VMware vCenter environment across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VMware vCenter clusters, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines
• Provision, optimize, and decommission virtual machines to ensure performance and capacity efficiency
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for VM provisioning and routine maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi hosts
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting
• Familiarity with monitoring tools for performance management
• Understanding of ITIL best practices for incident management
• Experience in maintaining documentation for virtual infrastructure
