Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Detection and Response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and enhance detection capabilities
• Serve as incident commander during cyber events and maintain the enterprise incident response plan
• Advance the maturity of detection and response programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing SOC or incident response teams
• Proven expertise with security monitoring technologies and forensic analysis techniques
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial institutions
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
