Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in knowledge management or related leadership roles in a tech or fast-paced environment
- Proven success in leading knowledge strategies and optimization initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge Base strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational scale
- Strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution
