Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and operate security architecture and controls for cloud-native products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security design and threat modeling for systems including cloud, application, data, and network
• Implement and manage core security controls such as IAM/SSO, encryption, and endpoint security
• Build and operate detection and response capabilities, including SIEM, log pipelines, and threat hunting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering or security operations experience
• Strong understanding of networks and protocols, including TCP/IP and VPN
• Practical experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners
• Cloud security experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
