Technology Resilience Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Resilience Principal to lead the strategy and execution of resilience practices across its technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between stakeholders across IT, Product, Engineering, and business units for technology resilience initiatives
• Own and maintain enterprise-wide technology resilience standards to ensure consistent implementation across domains
• Drive comprehensive technical resilience architecture including disaster recovery strategy development and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology resilience, disaster recovery, or related technical disciplines
• Deep understanding of infrastructure redundancy, application resilience design, and disaster recovery strategies
• Proven experience with feature management systems and scalability engineering practices
• Experience establishing and monitoring resilience KPIs, including RTO/RPO objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
