Workday System Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday - System Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements architecture strategies to meet business capabilities and needs
• Provides strategic consultation to business customers for defining processes and developing enterprise solutions
• Oversees change management processes and resolves complex architecture and business problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field and eight years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with twelve years of experience
• 5 to 7 years of Workday experience
• Additional certification may be required within four months of training completion
• Internal employees must meet all mandatory competencies for promotion within IT
• Experience in a healthcare system/environment is preferred
