Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital technology initiatives
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in cross-functional team management
• Experience with digital technology project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing and artificial intelligence
