Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary support and engineering for Azure customer experiences, resolving complex issues
• Act as the voice of the customer to escalate problems and prioritize platform improvements
• Support key customer projects on Azure, driving technical resolutions across organizations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years without a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in the software industry
• 4 years of IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications
• At least 2 years of cloud experience
• Experience in IT Server Management
