A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to provide technical support to executives and their assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot issues for top executives and their assistants
- Collaborate with teams to define processes, evaluate hardware, and enhance systems functionality
- Monitor system performance and ensure successful project implementation and end-user support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of related experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of Windows and Office applications, particularly Outlook
- Experience with Service Now or other ticketing systems
- A+ or Windows certification preferred
