IT Specialist for Animal Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist on Animal Identification Registration and Traceability Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire access to FMS software and relevant documentation, liaising with stakeholders in Georgia
• Review FMS software based on ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standards and provide recommendations for improvements
• Assess FMS software against EU standards for Animal Information Systems and develop technical specifications for enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in Livestock Information Systems
• Working knowledge of English (level C)
• Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
• At least three years of experience with Python, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
