Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for over 20 Desktop Applications in the Business Processing Outsourcing organization
• Facilitate communication between BPO, remote clients, and Data Centers
• Test and implement application upgrades and new products while assisting with application-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 5 years of related experience
