Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Services II - Quick Fix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve support tickets and assist in scheduling for the team
- Provide troubleshooting and desktop support for various IT systems and configurations
- Engage with customers to build relationships and assess ticket urgency and priority
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and enterprise applications
- Experience with networking concepts and helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Familiarity with cloud services and IT security practices is preferred
