IT Analyst Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst Programmer for a limited tenure position, focusing on enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom and purchased systems software
• Remediating customized ServiceNow components based on health assessments
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with technical governance and release management standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and training/experience in technical development; or Associate's degree with 5 years of professional experience in technical development
• Knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and computer programming
• Experience in healthcare technology and managing both custom and vendor-supplied applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB and ACLs
