Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years in logistics systems or IT support with application and infrastructure troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting logistics or warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ticketing systems
- Working knowledge of SQL
