Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years in logistics systems or IT support with application and infrastructure troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting logistics or warehouse management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ticketing systems
• Working knowledge of SQL
