Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Posture and Hygiene (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive strategy for the security posture and hygiene program
• Oversee continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls across enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with security policies and collaborate with relevant departments to align security measures with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, Master's Degree with 8 years, or PhD with 4 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Proven leadership experience in managing security posture and hygiene strategies in complex IT environments
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, operating systems, and risk management principles
• Familiarity with the CIS Top 18 controls and their implementation
• Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable
