Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Configuration Analyst to work from home in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret benefit documents to configure benefits accurately
- Manage the creation of member ID cards and benefit documents while ensuring timely and accurate premium billing invoices
- Assist in the configuration and management of systems related to benefits, finance, and claims processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required
- Strong understanding of CMS1500 and UB04 claim forms, CPT/HCPC codes, Revenue codes, and ICD-10 coding
- Experience with Facets or similar systems is preferred
- Ability to train team members on configuration policies and procedures
