IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate third-party IT support personnel on-site, ensuring service quality and compliance
• Act as the primary IT contact for factory users, facilitating communication with remote/global IT teams
• Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting network connectivity and system operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech environments
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux system administration
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and patch management practices
