Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex technical troubleshooting and repair of service troubles impacting business customers
  • Maintain workload through a trouble ticket queue, documenting steps taken and resolutions
  • Advocate for customers by collaborating with carriers and vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the troubleshooting process
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years of technical/telephony experience, or 6+ years of directly related experience
  • High proficiency with trouble ticketing and inventory systems
  • Ability to conduct training on troubleshooting technologies
  • Willingness to work C shift hours from 8:00 pm ET to 7:00 am ET
  • Openness to coaching and development, as well as providing coaching to lower-level technicians
