Security Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Security Culture, Training, & Awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of privacy and cybersecurity training programs to promote awareness and compliance
• Develop diverse learning formats and manage curriculum alignment with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and track training effectiveness and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in information security risk management or compliance operations
• Demonstrated experience in leading programs or managing teams
• Proven knowledge of security and information systems risk, particularly related to legal and compliance requirements
• Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP
