Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinic Capacity Management Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between division/specialty leaders and the Capacity Management team, ensuring proper request handling
• Leverage analytics to shape access goals, identify priority interventions, and communicate actionable steps to leaders
• Review and assess change requests for alignment with standards and propose solutions to enhance patient access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Three years of experience in analytics, reporting, Information Systems, or Capacity Management required
• Experience with healthcare practice operations and EHR scheduling workflows required
• Knowledge of medical practice operations and scheduling specifics, particularly in Epic and Cadence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with workflow diagramming tools
