Job Summary
A company is looking for an eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, and Brainspace
- Administer user accounts, manage incidents through Jira Service Management, and ensure SLA adherence
- Document processes and contribute to the continual improvement of workflows and system security initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in legal support, application support, or technical support
- Experience with eDiscovery applications and solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Scripting experience for task automation and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Relativity certification (RCA) and ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices preferred
