Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a Software Asset Management solution within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Analyze and optimize SAM processes, developing streamlined workflows and procedures
• Provide technical leadership and support, including troubleshooting and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Must be a US citizen (no sponsorship)
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 5+ years in IT Asset Management
• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow SAM Pro
