Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for mission-critical applications in financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications
- Support the firm's O365 migration project and assist with user onboarding and data migration
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for resolution and enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in application support or business systems analysis, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Hands-on experience with O365 migrations and integration
- Strong familiarity with Tier 1 systems and working knowledge of Tier 2 systems
- Experience with SQL queries and job schedulers
