Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Management Platform Architect (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops technical architecture to meet business requirements while complying with enterprise standards
• Develops proof of concepts and business cases for solution options to present to leadership
• Leads the design and implementation of platform applications, services, modules, and integrations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification
• Expert level knowledge of platform technology and industry trends
• Experience in Service Catalog Design and Management
