Workday ERP Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday ERP Systems Manager to oversee the organization's ERP systems with a focus on Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday, guiding HR, finance, and other business units
• Lead the super user community, providing training and support for optimal system usage
• Manage relationships with Workday CSM and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managing ERP systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Workday
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management modules
