Disaster Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disaster Recovery & Compliance Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies and plans
• Lead and coordinate disaster recovery tests and facilitate tabletop exercises
• Design and implement backup and recovery solutions for critical data and systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in disaster recovery with a strong technical understanding of infrastructure and cloud recovery
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Deep knowledge of backup and replication technologies (e.g., Commvault, Veeam, Zerto)
• Certifications in technical and business continuity domains are valued
