Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Credit Card & Merchant Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency, communicating findings effectively
• Identify system requirements, document specifications, and ensure compliance through testing and analysis
• Provide expert technical support and produce advanced reporting to identify patterns and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Preferred 8+ years of experience in building secure, data-intensive software
• Strong knowledge of Banking Domain, particularly in Payments & Reporting
• Experience in data analytics and familiarity with SQL
• Understanding of banking and credit card processes, along with systems related to stream processing and cloud-native development
