IT Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership to prioritize technology investments aligned with business strategy and develop multi-year roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor on technology matters and collaborate with IT teams to provide solutions
• Manage IT change management activities and cultivate relationships to enhance business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience with key IT solutions such as SAP, ERP, Salesforce, CRM, EDI, and SharePoint
• A minimum of 5 years in IT management, business analysis consulting, or process engineering
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience with project management and project lifecycle models
• Direct experience with AI and automated software management tools
