Epic Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Optimization Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing goals and monitoring project progress
• Promote excellent customer service and train staff on current applications while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry
• Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis and project management concepts
• All required certifications must be obtained upon hire
• Comprehensive understanding of application support and ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
