Network Administrator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Administrator II (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software including routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring uptime and compliance with SLA/OLA requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages, applying patches and security configurations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing protocols, and VoIP technologies
• Knowledge of federal IT security requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or minimum 7 years' experience in network administration
• Must pass background investigation and be a U.S. Citizen
