Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ServiceNow solutions and ensure technical integrity
- Support the development of a unified backlog and ensure clarity for the Development Team
Required Qualifications
- A two-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
- ITIL4 Foundation experience and/or Certification
- 2 to 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as a technical analyst or admin
- Experience working in and with agile teams is required
- Broad understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management
