Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Build & Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute store builds, DMS integration, and system validation
• Troubleshoot access issues and build errors across various dealership systems
• Provide post-integration support and collaborate with teams to ensure operational continuity

Required Qualifications

• Technical aptitude with VPN, MFA, and credential workflows
• Experience with dealership systems such as CDK, DealerTrack, and Reynolds
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Knowledge of standard MFA setups like Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator
• Bonus: prior experience in onboarding, implementation, or IT support
