A company is looking for a Director, CRM Systems to lead the architecture, strategy, and execution of enterprise CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee CRM architecture, including Salesforce configuration and automation
- Lead Salesforce CPQ transformations for scalable quoting and contract management
- Build and mentor a high-performing CRM team while ensuring alignment with business strategy
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM systems, particularly in Salesforce architecture
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and CPQ implementation
- Proven ability to design CRM solutions for both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG)
- Hands-on experience with integrations involving Salesforce, ERP, and marketing automation platforms
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or CPQ Specialist preferred
