Application Systems Programming Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Systems Programming Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor HL7/FHIR interfaces using Mirth Connect
• Provide end-to-end support for hospital-specific integrations and troubleshoot production issues
• Participate in the deployment of HealthShare Health Connect and support interoperability workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Mirth Connect experience in a healthcare integration environment
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, CCD/CDA, and interfacing protocols
• At least 2 years of experience with InterSystems HealthShare
• Experience supporting production interfaces in hospital or HIE environments
• Familiarity with EMRs such as Cerner, Athena, Medhost, or Epic
