Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor SOC personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate with clients during security incidents and build trusted relationships to enhance service delivery
- Oversee incident management and lead post-incident review sessions to improve response processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of SOC experience with hands-on incident response and threat detection
- 2+ years of experience managing SOC teams in a customer-facing or MSSP setting
- Experience with Microsoft Defender suite and Microsoft Sentinel
- Must possess or obtain SC-200 or MS-100 within the first year of employment
- Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, or CEH
