Fusion SaaS ERP Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fusion SaaS ERP Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support by diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex functional and technical issues
• Analyze existing programs, formulate logic for new systems, and develop implementation plans
• Perform impact analysis and provide recommendations for SaaS updates and regression testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Fusion SaaS ERP financial modules
• Strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS ERP business processes and implementation support
• US Citizenship required due to security clearance needs
• Flexibility to work off hours or weekends as necessary
