A company is looking for a Security & Fraud Specialist to protect the integrity of its global crowd and rater programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor program activities to detect potential security breaches, fraud, or compliance violations
- Conduct in-depth investigations of incidents and recommend corrective or preventive actions
- Develop and maintain security protocols, fraud prevention strategies, and risk mitigation controls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Risk Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in security, fraud prevention, risk management, or related roles
- Experience in distributed workforce, BPO, or large-scale digital program environments is highly desirable
