Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for library systems, technologies, and digital learning initiatives
- Assist clientele with technology support, troubleshooting, and information research
- Design, develop, and maintain the library website and promote services through various marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or completion of a program of 18+ months after high school
- 2 years of library experience, preferably in an academic setting
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems and software
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot various computer and digital equipment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and video editing software
