Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations programs, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements and enhance operational security culture
• Oversee compliance with security policies and develop metrics for operational security posture reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Security Operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in designing and managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response capabilities
• Deep technical expertise in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and modern security threats
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
