DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a remote healthcare technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance the security and reliability of cloud and on-prem infrastructure
• Lead perimeter security efforts, including system hardening and access control
• Review and improve the software development lifecycle with a focus on security practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing complex AWS environments (VPC, EC2, IAM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of network architecture and encryption
• Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention tools
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and microservices architectures
• Proficient in Python for scripting and API interaction
