Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work for a team of application support analysts and project staff, providing guidance and escalation assistance
- Oversee daily application support activities, including incident resolution, system maintenance, upgrades, and user training for the EHR system
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align EHR capabilities with clinical needs and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Oracle Health Millennium EHR system
- Experience managing teams and projects in a healthcare environment
- Ability to work with senior clinical leadership and IT analysts
- Knowledge of healthcare technologies and best practices
