Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Dynatrace Synthetic Transaction and Real User Monitoring
• Configure and implement best practices for clients' Dynatrace environments
• Provide support and training on Dynatrace products to end customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Dynatrace Synthetic Transaction development
• Intermediate Windows/UNIX systems administration skills
• Working knowledge of a scripting language
• In-depth technical understanding of Dynatrace Digital Experience products
• Healthcare/Payer operations experience is desirable
