Salesforce Applications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Applications (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Salesforce systems analysts team to configure and customize Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with Salesforce functionalities
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other Harmony components and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business applications management or enterprise systems support
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or management
• Proven experience leading support for a newly implemented enterprise system (preferred)
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture integrations
