Job Summary

• Provide end-user support by resolving IT issues through the Service Desk
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflows, enhance automation, and ensure system security

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience administering IT platforms such as Jumpcloud and Google Workspace
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus
• Awareness of compliance or security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO) is beneficial
